It is ranked among the top three public universities in the United States with many (if not most) of its programs ranked among the top five. One could easily say, impressive, but that might not fully convey the magnitude of the University to the casual observer. The exam consists of 10 minutes speaking, 30 minutes writing, 40 questions of grammar and vocabulary, 20 questions of a cloze passage and 4 readings with 5 questions each.
